INTRODUCTION TO THEOLOGY (ST-2160)

This introductory Christian theology course intends to provide a survey of the framework and development of Christian theology. The formational categories of Western thought contributing to Christian theology derive from antiquity. These categories as well as theological categories from the historic periods of the Middles Ages, Reformation, Enlightenment era and our modern period, all contribute to our contemporary expressions of Christian theology. Students will be expected to engage these categories and begin the journey to envision their own theological perspective.
