Course Memo

This course is designed to apply the basic linguistic tools learned in Biblical Greek to the task of interpreting the biblical text in the context of preaching. This course focuses on the text selected in Biblical Preaching. The emphasis is on understanding the nuances of approaching the text in its original language with the purpose of making it available to a worshipping audience This is a hybrid course that meets in person on campus and on Zoom simultaneously. [Prerequisite: BS-1145/8105 Introduction to Biblical Greek; Concurrent: HM-2245/8245 Biblical Preaching; 15 max enrollment]
