Course Memo
This course will examine the theological foundations, competencies and practices of leaders in diversity-oriented churches. Diversity-oriented churches are Christian congregations that distinguish themselves as multicultural, multiracial or multiethnic churches. We will examine how leaders of diversity-oriented churches promote diversity, equity and inclusion, and effectualize reconciliation, justice and fellowship among different people groups.
