Course Memo
This course will examine the notion that African Americans, who were the decendants of slaves, should receive reparations from the U.S. government. By examining centuries of mistreatment and abuse of African Americans in this country, we shall make a case for some form of reparation/s. To bolter this position, we will examine cases where reparations were awarded to other groups to see if this can also be applied to African Americans. [Auditors excluded]
