LEADERSHIP IN MINISTRY (FT-1902)

This course is an introduction to leadership in professional ministry (focused on congregational settings, but including other ministry environments as well). Through shared learning, case studies, and theological reflection on our own experiences, we will build a practice for leadership that will help equip and strengthen students for working ministry. Course work includes pre-class readings, lecture, discussion, case studies, and opportunities for shared facilitation. This is a Summer intensive course primarily intended for low-residential CAS students. Course meets weekdays, 6/12/23-6/23/23 (excluding 6/19/23), from 10-11:45am at CDSP.
