FORMATION FOR MINISTRY (SP-4090)

This class is required of entering MDiv students and will be taught in hybrid form. Students living on or near campus are expected to be in class (physically). This class introduces the theory and practice of spiritual formation as a central element of preparation for ministry. It is primarily a practice class: we will spend part of each class engaging in spiritual and contemplative practices. Students will discuss assigned materials in seminary style learning. Students will create an relevant final project and present it to their classrooms at the end of the semester. SFTS MDIV STUDENTS ONLY. [10 max enrollment]
