LEADERSHIP FOR MINISTRY I (FTRS-2281)
(09/07/2021-12/17/2021)

Course Memo

Leadership for Ministry I is the first in a two-course sequence that serves as a curricular “capstone” for students in the MDiv program. The course is also open to MTS and CAS students who are willing to commit to both semesters of class and placement site responsibilities. The course references and builds upon content from across the curriculum to support academic, personal, and practical readiness for ministry leadership after seminary. The course connects theory and practice, using readings, lectures, case studies, student experiences, and individual and group exercises. Each student must have a supervised placement in which to deepen knowledge through experience and reflection upon issues covered in the class. [FE 2180]
