PINs must be between 9 and at most 64 characters long. PINs may not contain your user name or any part of your full name. PINs must contain characters from the following 4 character sets: 1. Upper case letters (i.e. A, B, C, etc.) 2. Lower case letters (i.e. x, y, z, etc.) 3. Numbers (i.e. 0, 1, 2, etc.) 4. Non-alphanumeric or “special” characters (i.e. @, &, *, etc.) PINs automatically expire every six months and you will be required to choose a new PIN at that time. You may not reuse your last five PINs. Don't use familiar names or dictionary words; instead combine misspelled words, use passphrases and create keyboard pattern PINs. Once you've picked a strong PIN, handle it appropriately. Don't write it down. If you absolutely must write it down, keep it in a safe or a locked drawer - and definitely not on the yellow sticky note on the side of your screen.
